According to Colvin, the 3 hole was used until June 23, 1967. Although the one o Ebay does look to have an unaltered plenum. Who knows?

Here is a current eBay listing where you can easily see how the 3-holer was turned into a 2-holer...

Alan Colvin's publication <u>Chevy By The Numbers 1965-1969</u> states..."The 3-hole design was used from August 1965 to June 23, 1967, when the 2-hole plenum was instituted for the 1968 model year."

Mine is a 6-21-67 cast part and to the best of my eyesite I cannot see any machining that has been done to the intake in that area as all the casting marks and machining marks are still visible. It appears to me to have been cast as a 2-holer. https://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/imag...lins/dunno.gif

I believe that the 3 hole was what was deliverd on the cars and that the 2 hole was sold over the counter as a replacement.I have a few of both.I will check the dates for you.

No, the 2 hole was definitely used on 68 cars.
