No hole above Fuseblock for ZL2 wiring

For a short time I had the original BE empty rear housing from that car. Ended up giving it back to the guy I traded some parts for it because the rear tubes were badly bent.

The rear end housing was painted red.

By any chance did that V8 vega have a similar paint scheme?

I never saw the Vega. Only heard rumors about it.

Agreed this car does not have a piercing for ZL2 where we would typically see it.

I understand that early cars did not have the hole above the fuse block for the ZL 2 wire. When did that change and when was this car built?
