What arrived in the ocean box??

When we purchased the building lighting consisted of dead and dying florescent tube fixtures so one of our early decisions was to upgrade all the warehouse lighting to commercial grade 5000K dimmable LED. No replacing tubes, low power consumption and the light is bright white.

Here is the shop during demo. Where you see the pile of material (including insulation) is where Paul's lift is now located.

New framing, cedar finishing, overhead door, steel man-door, LED overhead lighting, LED period lighting, epoxy floor, concrete block repair & paint, electrical, plumbing, window security, air system and decommissioning of ancient H/W heating system.
