The only way it could be a stripe delete is if the car was built with no stripes above the rocker panel which was never done for production cars. |

Olds didn't start offering body colored Super Stock II wheels (N67) until the 1971 model year. Should be the standard gray color (N66: 1968 - 1970). |

I looked at a 442 that looked a lot like that one. It was a few years ago at mecum kissimmee and had original paint. It has been repainted since and I bet ran through their auction 4 or 5 times. Mostly not selling. It was low miles and the interior looked like new.
