Speaking of Trademarks!! Type in 'us patent office' then go to " us Patents & trademarks" then on the left side under Trademarks ,click Trademark Search, Under "select the search form" click New user form search{basic} Then Type in fred gibb and hit "submit query" open both items & read them. WOW

I looked at the Trademark information on file - thanks.

I assume Helen is Mrs. Gibb. If so, how could Valerie get
ownership of this without her knowledge? Doesn't make any
