According to the 1970 Camaro Specifications doc,...

According to the 1970 Camaro Specifications doc, hood insulation was included if equipped with Z87 Custom interior or standard on all SS models...so your car is correct without the hood insulation.

Wow, great car Ron and GLWS. It's rare to see such a copmplete project car that retains all of the hard to find and expensive components to make it right. Very fair price IMO.

I don't think there is a trick for the rear bottom seat cushions...just a lot of grunting and grumbling until it releases. As for under the dash, I'll trade ya...try doing work under the instrument...

As Dave mentioned, 3.73s was a Z28 only ratio for 1970, but the COZ code was also used in '70 T/As as they shared the same 12-bolt as the Camaro that year. Either way, that's a great score!
