Wix filters are cheaper at Rock Auto, that's where i get mine. But you have shipping cost also. I also heard that the Napa gold is made by Wix, per my buddy who works for Napa.

I believe radiator shops used sulfuric acid when cleaning out fuel tanks. Eastwood sold a kit for cleaning and sealing gas tanks, check them out.

I have a 70 L34 Nova that came out of Dale Chevrolet. It was in the Wisconsin area the entire time, until I bought it in 08. Car never saw winter, no rust anywhere and original paint too.
