Why do restorers keep putting ducted hoods on first gen Camaro's that did not originally come with them, I would prefer the original SS hood. Just does't look right.

I see it has the original hood...

Nothing wrong with using the later small journal...

Nothing wrong with using the later small journal rods for street and some strip use as long as new ARP or other quality rod bolts are used.
