85 GMC Valve Cover Gaskets...
Looks like we finally got this issue resolved. I got a set of the rubber gaskets and some spreader bars for the covers. Gunked the motor and pressure washed it to clean up the oil mess.

Monte/Smog Pump...
That would have been correct in 1969 and maybe 68...Chevy added the TCS system in 1970 and the smog pump was only on the solid lifter cars. Pretty sure CA delivered cars still had the pump on just...

wix filters
no good at napa...they don't carry regular wix filters...all their gold units are china or vietnam :tongue:
