Original Rear Found!
Just sharing my recent experience. i met a guy, who knew a guy, who knew a guy ....that had the original 4.11 rear to my 38k mile L71 Corvette! The car has never left our county since new.

Finished cleaning up and re-installing the tail...
Finished cleaning up and re-installing the tail lights this morning. All the lights including the back up lights work. Not much adjustment in the trim pieces so glad everything lined up pretty well...
